India’s former captain Kapil Dev believes that no one can replace Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli in T20Is, following their retirement after the historic T20 World Cup victory. He places Rohit and Virat in the same league as Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni.
Rohit and Virat retired from T20Is after winning the T20 World Cup, leaving behind a legacy as legends of the format. Rohit, known as “The Hitman,” ended his T20I career as the leading run-scorer with 4,231 runs, while Virat closely follows with 4,188 runs.

Kapil Dev praised the Indian stars, stating that they are irreplaceable in T20Is.
“No one take place of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli in the T20Is. No one can take place of anyone, everyone has to play their own cricket. Just Like Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni , no one can take place of Virat and Rohit.” the World Cup-winning captain told IANS.
