India’s shooting contingent for Paris Olympics 2024

Manu Bhaker will be the only athlete participating in more than one event in shooting for India.

Indian shooting stars are gearing up for the Paris Olympics 2024, which will start on July 26. India has high hopes from our shooters following their remarkable success in the Asian Games, where they won 26 medals. The National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) has announced a strong 15-member team for the upcoming mega event.

Manu Bhaker is the only shooter participating in more than one individual event and the pistol mixed team event.

Apart from her, Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar will participate in the 50m rifle event, while Anjum Moudgil and Elavenil Valarivan will feature in their second Olympic Games. The remaining 11 rifle and pistol shooters will be making their Olympic debuts.

Women’s 10m air rifle: Elavenil Valarivan, Ramita Jindal

Women’s 50m rifle 3 positions: Sift Kaur Samra, Anjum Moudgil

Men’s 50m rifle 3 positions: Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar, Swapnil Kusale

10m air rifle mixed team: Sandeep Singh/Elavenil Valarivan, Arjun Babuta/Ramita Jindal.
