Team India T20 World Cup Celebrations: Men in Blue due to arrive in Mumbai shortly

India had won their second T20 World Cup title on June 29, but due to Hurricane Beryl, they were stuck in Barbados until yesterday.

Team India T20 World Cup CelebrationsUpdates: Rohit Sharma’s Indian cricket team have departed from Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s residence after meeting the leader following their T20 World Cup win. The side landed in Delhi at around 6:05 AM.

Returning home on a special charter plane from Barbados, they spent a couple of hours at their hotel before and after meeting the PM and will then jet off to Mumbai for their victory parade.

  • Meet PM Narendra Modi for breakfast 11 AM
  • Leave for Mumbai
  • 2 kilometer victory parade from NPCA to Wankhede Stadium starting at 5 PM
  • A small ceremony at Wankhede stadium
