Dan Lawrence displayed a masterclass in a county cricket match on Monday when he scored 38 runs in a single over.

Dan Lawrence seemed to forget he was in a Test match when he punished Shoaib Bashir with 38 runs in a county cricket game. The English batter shattered the record for the most runs scored in an over in a First-Class match.

Interestingly, Ravi Shastri also scored the maximum of 36 runs in an over by hitting sixes on every ball. The bowler he punished was Tilak Raj.
