100 Thieves is coming off a fantastic 2021 season in which they established themselves as a top North American team before reaching the semifinals of their first international VALORANT LAN at Masters Berlin. The season concluded on a bad note, with the team dropping IGL Joshua “steel” Nissan right before the NA Last Chance Qualifier when they were defeated by Cloud9 Blue. Apart from steel, 100 Thieves said their goodbyes to Nicholas “nitr0” Cannella, who departed the team and VALORANT to return to CS: GO and Team Liquid.

The 100 Thieves roster for 2022 is set, with returning players Spencer “Hiko” Martin, Peter “Asuna” Mazuryk, and Ethan “Ethan” Arnold. Former analyst Jovanni “Jovi” Vera has been promoted to head coach, giving the team new leadership.
100 Thieves Completes Valorant Roster for Valorant Champions Tour 2022 by Signing ec1s and BabyJEc1s can be a big Game Changer for 100T
If ec1s, a former Ninjas in Pyjamas player, can perform like he did earlier this year, he may be a game-changer for 100 Thieves. The 21-year-old, who began his VALORANT career on the highly regarded Fish123 squad, later joined Team Liquid and Ninjas in Pyjamas in 2021 and 2021, respectively. The in-game leader had a strong start to 2021, but in November, he was demoted to an inactive on the NiP roster. He’ll also play IGL for 100 Thieves, hoping to turn the team’s fortunes around after 2021 that, like his, started off strong but faded in the fall.
