Rohit Sharma (6.5/10): The intent was surely there to see. He used his feet as Bangladesh attacked him and Kohli with spin inside the powerplay. The Indian skipper would’ve been kicking himself to squander his wicket, he made 23 off 11. Apart from personal milestones, Rohit only aimed to put the team’s interest first.
Virat Kohli (7.5/10): Kohli looked in supreme touch but was cut short once again, leaving fans yearning for a substantial knock. He started with a flourish, caressing the ball for some delightful boundaries. However, when it looked threatening for Bangladesh, he lost his wicket via an off-cutter.
Rishabh Pant (7.5/10): Similar to Rohit and Kohli, Pant also looked great but failed to convert his start. The southpaw hit four boundaries and two sixes. However, once again, he perished while playing a reverse-paddle.
Suryakumar Yadav (2.5/10): Six and out – as simple as that! He was welcomed with a bouncer that he pulled for a six but then Tanzim Sakib’s superb delivery induced an edge. However, SKY took a spectacular diving catch to break the deadlock in the second innings.
Shivam Dube (7.5/10): Once again, Dube was great to see with the bat. He made 34 in 24 balls, stitching up a vital partnership with Pandya. Dube hammered three sixes, but was undone by a leg-break by Rishad Hossain.
Hardik Pandya (10/10): The T20 World Cup 2024 has been a refreshing chapter for Hardik Pandya as far as his all-round game is concerned. While was already averaging just 11.1 with the ball, Pandya’s blitz with the bat was on show tonight. The premier all-rounder mustered an unbeaten 50 off just 27 balls, hammering at a strike rate of 185.19. He was the sole reason why India got near 190-mark.

Ravindra Jadeja (5/10): Nothing much to say about Jaddu here as his opportunity didn’t come with the bat. India instead put faith in Axar, who played at No. 7. With the ball, Jadeja failed to claim any wicket and was taken for 8 runs an over.
Axar Patel (4/10): Was India’s most expensive bowler as he leaked 26 runs in just two overs. Axar pitched the ball somewhat fuller than his usual length, which allowed Bangladeshi batters to hit him down the ground.
Jasprit Bumrah (10/10): Another day, another masterclass by Jasprit Bumrah! It is insane to know that Bumrah has bowled 19 overs in this tournament but has given away 8 or more runs just once! He was at his again, as Bangla batters had no clue to contain him. Bumrah took 2 for 13 in his 4 overs, leaking runs at just 3.2 per over.
Kuldeep Yadav (10/10): Apart from Hardik, there was another 10/10 performance for India. It was Kuldeep Yadav, who spun a web and was almost unplayable on a spinning deck of Antigua. The chinaman took three wickets and was taken away for just 19 runs.
Arshdeep Singh (8.5/10): Arshdeep Singh continued to pluck away wickets as he added two more to his tally. Leaking 30 runs, Arshdeep was decent with the new ball but took both his scalps in death overs.
